Many consumers have whined and complained about Rovio being a multi-bazillion $$$ company. I would do the same if I owned Rovio or a casino on a cruise ship. By the end of the week (or tournament), you spent a small fortune in a lame attempt to match your previous scores! Of course, Rovio’s motivation is to get you to buy more PUs.
Like slots on a cruise ship, they pay out big during the first or second day, then they’re rigged to get you to put everything back and pay more. You can score much more and higher scores than if you wait till later. One tip: I could be wrong… But, IMHO, play ABF new tournament immediately after it opens. Whiners, please whine directly to Rovio, not here, please. The more friends you have, then the more PUs and bird coins you’ll collect. Make a lot of new friends, post here, share your comments, and strats. Who cares if you get top score unless you share your strat, screenshot, or video. Otherwise change the channel and go away. What a chore! I don’t wanna do it! :) So give Rovio a break and acquiesce. It’s like they’re trying to develop two different games twice per week while attempting to keep the playing field equal. mobile app, which are both based on entirely different OSs and behave quite differently. The problem is trying to program, design, and develop a fair game across various platforms, mainly PC/FB vs. So many seem to complain about “unfairness” across platforms.
Some tournaments seem to favour mobile while others seem to favour PC. I am mostly 99% of the time playing on my iPad (mobile). Got 11k more points after first attempt on FB.
